Don't forget WHOSE you are!

Believers, don't let the things of this present world or the people around us to shape who we are & where we stand. Our faith is in the Most High -- the High Priest. He whom never sinned, died & rose again ... the same POWER that overcame hell & conquered death, LIVES on the inside of you. Rom. 8:11 So instead of feeling defeated, accept the fact that you already won. Thanks to Christ, we are Overcomers! 

The craziest part of the day is when the enemy will remind us of our past or send people our way to plant defeat in us. Or even when we ourselves are meditating on our own past mistakes. But by the grace of the Almighty - God in whom we serve, we are never defeated. We are POWERFUL & can overcome any situation, and any circumstance we are in. Don't pray to the Father for a easy journey, but pray for the strength to endure. Because we know that the word says that the race isn't given to the swift, nor to the strong .. but to those who ENDURE to the end. Eccle 9:11, 1 Corin. 9:24 We're in this race to win. Once we know we've already won, there's nothing that can defeat us nor deter our faith in God. You must know that "the Word of God" says He who began a great work in you shall complete it until the day of Jesus Christ Phi. 1:6 

As a testimony: I would give up & just stop trying when it gets rough.. but even in those times my life was even more miserable. So rather than giving up, I turn my focus upward towards the Father & ask for His strength in my weakness. I realize I can't afford to throw in the towel. Christ paid a price to the expense of His life as a sacrifice for our sin, our failures, our short-comings... that gives me the hope, the strength & the motivation to keep moving forward. & to know that this isn't about me, this isn't even just for me... but for the cause of the Gospel -- the Unadulterated Word of the One & True Living God! So anytime I think of myself, I'm outside of His will, because God doesn't operate in self. As long as we keep our mind stayed upon Him, we've made room for His will & not our own.  

Be encouraged. Don't just read -- but study the Word of God. Get it deeply rooted in you. Have it to where you don't trust anything outside of the Word. His word strengthens, gives you hope, an expected in & will direct your path into all truth. his word is security & obedience unto Him is your protection. Prov. 3:5-6, Jer. 29:11 Knowledge of this will prevent a whole lot of heartache & failures in your future. Remember that, once you've accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord & Savior, you no longer belong to yourself. But you are His! His beloved, His bride, His treasure in an earthen vessel. Rev. 19:7-9, Rev. 21:2, John 3:29 Now that you've committed to Christ, live the life HE expects from you, not what others say .. as we see they can't get us to heaven (pray for them) only Jesus can! Trust Him & no one above Him. He's the High Priest in whom you pray to the Father for the answers you need, the help you desire & the love you long for is all found on Him. While others may not understand or may laugh & scorn you, pray for them. Because they've yet to know the truth. May His will be done in our lives & the lives of many in whom we love & care for In Christ Jesus name, amen.
